The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) will hold a meeting on Wednesday, March 12, at 9:30 a.m. to discuss the use of social media in the workplace and how it affects equal employment opportunity laws. The Commission will have a panel with several distinguished members to address a range of issues, including recruitment and hiring, harassment, and records retention and discovery.
