Lynne Bernabei & Kristen Sinisi Contribute to ABA’s International Labor and Employment Law Newsletter

The American Bar Association’s International Labor and Employment Law Committee published contributions from Lynne Bernabei and Kristen Sinisi in the June 2018 issue of its newsletter.  Ms. Bernabei and Ms. Sinisi discussed the impact of European gender-pay data laws in the United States, and analyzed the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulatory Authority’s first major decision under the new whistleblower-protection regime established by the Accountability and Whistleblowing Instrument of 2015.
