TARA JENSEN, ATTORNEY

Tara Jensen received her J.D. from the City University of New York School of Law in 2006.  Prior to joining Bernabei & Wachtel, PLLC, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ronald L. Ellis, United States Magistrate Judge in the Southern District of New York.  During law school, Tara interned at the Center for Constitutional Rights, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and CONNECT Family Violence Project.  As a law student, she served as the executive officer of the Public Interest Law Association, as a Constitutional Law teaching assistant, and was a recognized member of the CUNY moot court team.  She was awarded CUNY’s Public Interest Law Scholarship in 2005.  In 2001, Tara graduated summa cum laude from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Justice and Peace Studies.

She is admitted to practice law in New York.
