High-Ranking Whistleblower Discussed on Federal News Radio

Federal News Radio recently interviewed Lynne Bernabei. They discussed the recent attempts by U.S. Customs & Border Protection to silence a high-ranking whistleblower, by transferring him from being the Director of Internal Affairs to the Director of National Affairs.

Although this seems to be a lateral transfer, it appears that he was transferred to prevent him from continuing to report the agency’s attempts to cover-up the circumstances involving shootings of migrants by Border Patrol agents.
