Bernabei attorneys contribute to ABA book

Bernabei & Kabat attorneys Lynne Bernabei, Alan Kabat, and Devin Wrigley contributed a chapter on “Closing Argument and Jury Instructions: Plaintiff’s Perspective” to a new ABA book, Sexual Harassment and Retaliation: A Practical Handbook for Plaintiff and Defense. This handbook provides guidance and best practice tips for attorneys litigating gender harassment and retaliation claims, from both the employee’s and employer’s perspectives. This is the first ABA publication to cover these topics from a practitioner’s perspective following the #MeToo movement, which has generated an increasing number of such claims.
