Lynne Bernabei participated in a webinar on August 21, 2019 titled “Cross-Examining the Plaintiff in Employment Harassment and Discrimination Cases.” With two other experienced employment litigators, they discussed strategies for prepping for and taking the plaintiff’s deposition, and for cross-examining the plaintiff at trial.
