Lynne Bernabei, Alan Kabat, and Jillian Wilson Ambrose recently published “Social Media in the Workplace – Employment Law Issues” in the Social Media Law & Policy Report . They discussed the employment problems arising from the use and misuse of social media, both within and outside the workplace, and how the courts, legislatures, and agencies are struggling to deal with these issues within the contours of pre-existing laws, as well as new laws and regulations.
