B&W Represents Faculty Members at DePaul University (Chicago)

Bernabei & Kabat represents several faculty members at DePaul University (Chicago), who are appealing the denial of their applications for tenure and promotion. These faculty members allege that DePaul’s university tenure review board used improper criteria in evaluating their record, violated their academic freedom rights, and failed to provide any legitimate basis for overturning the unanimous or nearly unanimous recommendations of their departments, schools, and colleges. The student newspaper, The DePaulia covered a recent student protest of DePaul’s decisions.
