Experienced Employment Law Associate Or Junior Partner

Bernabei & Kabat, an employment law and civil rights law firm in Washington, D.C., is hiring for a mid-level Associate or Junior Partner with experience in employment law.

Our Practice

Our firm is nationally recognized for its expertise in whistleblower law, employment discrimination law, and civil rights and civil liberties matters.

We are deeply committed to working for the public interest by protecting the rights of women and minorities and those who fight against public corruption and in support of public safety and health. We work for social justice by providing high-quality legal representation to individuals and groups. Our clients come from all walks of life and across the labor market. For example, we represent workers seeking redress for their employers’ willful blindness to on-the-job sexual harassment, executives fighting sex and race discrimination at major U.S. companies, people with disabilities working in government agencies and at prestigious universities, and whistleblowers working for Fortune 500 corporations and nuclear facilities. Currently we represent a Metropolitan Police Department sergeant who is challenging jump outs by the D.C. police in Black neighborhoods, as well as high level government whistleblowers.

We litigate in federal and state courts and before administrative tribunals and arbitration panels.
