The Government Executive recently published a column by Lynne Bernabei and Alan Kabat, “The Never Ending War on Federal Whistleblowers”, which discussed how Congress and Executive Branch have been targeting whistleblowers through both the courts and through recent pending legislation that makes it easier to discipline or remove federal employees without providing them with adequate due process rights.
