Lynne Bernabei Speaks at Congressional Staff Briefing

Lynne Bernabei was one of five speakers at a Congressional Staff Briefing, “The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and The Protect America Act: It’s Not Too Late To Get It Right,” held on Capitol Hill. Ms. Bernabei discussed the problems with warrantless wiretapping and other intelligence gathering methods that may violate the constitutional rights of American citizens, and how proposed legislation could either solve or worsen those problems.
