Partner Lynne Bernabei Presents at Annual Conference of the American Bar Association

On November 5, 2015, Lynne Bernabei did a Continuing Legal Education presentation at the annual conference of the American Bar Association, Section of Labor and Employment Law in Philadelphia. Lynne’s presentation, co-authored with Alan Kabat, was “Do We Really Need Experts in This Case and When Should We Hire Them”. She discussed the different types of experts used in employment law litigation, including mental health experts, economists, and other specialized areas. She also discussed issues relating to striking or challenging the testimony of expert witnesses.
