Singled out of more than 80,000 lawyers in the Washington area for inclusion in the Washingtonian’s Best Lawyers list were Lynne Bernabei and David Wachtel for their work with employment law. The yearly list only includes around 1,000 lawyers from a variety of practices. After sending out initial surveys in the spring, the Washingtonian then followed up with more calling, reporting, and questionnaires before publishing their list January 1, 2014.
