The ACLU’s Man From the FBI

The Washington Post recently wrote about the Firm’s client, Michael German, who is contesting his constructive discharge from the Federal Bureau of Investigation as retaliation for complaining about the FBI’s handling of a terrorism investigation. A 17-year-veteran of the FBI, Mr. German now works for the American Civil Liberties Union legislative office, opposing the Administration’s “anti-terrorism policies” that violate the United States Constitution.
