Vindication for Johns Hopkins Client
In March 2013, the Washington Post reported on one of our whistleblower clients, who had exposed significant problems with several papers published by researchers at Johns Hopkins, including a paper that was published in Nature in February 2012. On November 6, 2013, nearly two years after the Nature paper was published, the researchers have finally retracted it, thereby admitting that the research could not be replicated, as Dr. Yuan had concluded long ago. This belated retraction, and Dr. Yuan’s role in uncovering these problems, were recently discussed by both the Washington Post and the Retraction Watch blog.
