Olivia C. Jerjian joined Bernabei & Kabat, PLLC in September 2019 as a Civil Rights Litigation Fellow. Prior to joining Bernabei & Kabat, Olivia clerked for the Honorable Alvin W. Thompson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut. Before that, she was an Equal Justice Works fellow (sponsored by KPMG and Sidley Austin) at AARP Legal Counsel for the Elderly. There, she represented seniors with subsidized housing vouchers in eviction, housing conditions, housing voucher termination, and housing discrimination matters. Additionally, she volunteered with the National Housing Law Project (NHLP), where she researched housing issues for publications, trainings, and litigation support.
Olivia  received her J.D., cum laude, and a Certificate in Refugees and Humanitarian Emergencies from the Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a Public Interest Fellow. She served as the Senior Online Editor and a Featured Online Contributor on the American Criminal Law Review. During law school, Olivia interned at AARP Legal Counsel for the Elderly, the Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia, and the Children’s Law Center. She was also a student attorney at the Center for Applied Legal Studies Clinic, where she secured an asylum grant for a client in removal proceedings.
Olivia has been published in the New York University Review of Law and Social Change, the Management Information Exchange Journal, and the American Criminal Law Review Online. 
Olivia received her B.A. with distinction from the University of Virginia.
Olivia is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland. She is fluent in French and proficient in Spanish
