“Federal Drive” Dissects Problems with Inspector Generals

APRIL 14, 2015

Lynne Bernabei was interviewed by the Federal News Radio on April 9 as part of the “Federal Drive” show, where she discussed problems with several Inspector Generals in the federal government. While IGs are supposed to conduct investigations of fraud and misconduct, sometimes the IGs themselves can become part of the problem. The Dept. of Commerce’s Inspector General is himself being investigated as he is the subject of several retaliation complaints. Lynne also discussed the problems with how the government investigates itself.
