Mary Moran v. NFL Players Association Lawsuit

The Sports Business Daily recently wrote about the ongoing discovery in the Mary Moran v. NFL Players Association lawsuit. In particular, the court denied the motion by Troy Vincent (currently NFL Vice President for Player Development) to limit the scope of his deposition, and rejected Mr. Vincent’s argument that he should not have to answer questions about four categories of information.
