Representing National Security Whistleblowers
Lynne Bernabei recently gave a talk at the National Employment Lawyers Association fall conference, “Representing National Security Whistleblowers.” The paper discussed the laws, regulations, and policies that provide limited coverage to federal government employees and contractors who disclose information about government problems or misconduct. Contractors have almost no protection, particularly those in the intelligence community, while government employees have very limited protection unless they make their disclosures through approved channels.
